I am a certified life coach and Wu Tao dance instructor and I also create original hand-crafted jewellery, using semi-precious gem stones and sterling silver.
Ever since I can remember, I have loved being around people. Loved to learn and loved sharing what I learnt. Growing up, I was lucky enough to live right next door to park and bush land, which became my playground both at school and with friends. This connection with nature remains with me now in my adult years and my love and respect for Mother Nature is one of my strongest values next to my family and my health. With my love of learning I am always finding something new to embrace and study. You should see my bookshelves!
My life revolves around living and enjoying my passions. Of course it wasn’t always this way, it has taken quite some time on my personal journey of self discovery and growth to realise that life is far too short to live any other way. Although the journey of self improvement is one that lasts a lifetime, I have learnt so much so far, and when I came across the Life Coaching course I knew that this was my opportunity to help others reach their fullest potential.
The life coaching workshops I run are all about inspiring and empowering people to love their life and live their passions. They also have a strong focus on achieving life balance and well being. That is why I became a Life Coach, because it enables me to help people to change their lives for the better; providing them with the resources and skills to get from where they are now to where they want to be.
I was drawn to Wu Tao dance, not only for its health and relaxation benefits but because it connects me back to myself and the beauty of nature. I loved practising it so much I chose to become a teacher so I could share this beautiful experience with others.
Making the jewellery allows me to embrace my creative side. I have chosen to use semi precious gemstones not only because of their natural beauty but also for their healing properties. This is just the beginning of my creative adventures as very soon I plan on learning other skills like leather crafting and silver work. For me, the feeling of making something by hand is not only gratifying but almost like a form of meditation. Both the Wu Tao dancing and the jewellery making have brought balance back into my life.
I am learning the art of slowing down and just ‘being’ and I invite you to do the same.
